Professionally, I have taught grades two through five and I was also a Title I Resource Teacher.  At the Chapter level, I have been the Vice President for Membership, Secretary and President.  My Chi State involvement includes serving on the Membership Committee, Order of the Rose Chairman, and Area IV Director.  Currently, I am the Vice Chairman/Secretary for the 2014 Chi State Convention and will be serving on the Scholarship Committee.

Joyce Edelson

Professionally, I have been an ESL Teacher and Coordinator, Middle and High School Counselor, Assistant Principal and Principal.  Retired in 2009 after 35 years in LAUSD.  I have been a member of Delta Kappa Gamma since 1991.  At the Chapter level, I have been Chapter President for three bienniums and currently serve as Chapter President.  My Chi State involvement includes serving as Area IX Treasurer and the 2013 Burbank Convention Arrangements Head Table Line-Up Chair.

Professionally, I have been a 3rd through 9th grade teacher, mentor teacher, Vice Principal/Principal.

At the Chapter level, l I have served as Treasurer, Vice President and President. Committee work has been, Finance, Membership, Music, World Fellowship, PG&S, Nominations etc. For Area XVI, I have been Awards and Scholarship chair, Historian, Treasurer, Chaired Spring Area Event and Hands Across the Border Fundraising for Baja Teachers. My Chi State involvement includes  PG&S committee, Area XVI Director, Nominations (twice), Chi State Ceremonies/ Installations Chair and now Scholarship. For DKG International, I was on the  Planning committee for the 2006 International Convention in San Diego and I attended the Golden Gift  Leadership class of 2006,  in Austin, TX.

Mary Ellen Woodcock

Professionally, I have been a 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade teacher and a grade level leader.

At the Chapter level, I have served as Treasurer, 1st Vice President, twice as Chapter President, and Parliamentarian. My Chi State involvement includes helping with 2010 Fresno Convention.
